I've been able to get my teeth into so much here. There are loads of different aspects to HR - recruitment, employee motivation, performance review, internal communications - and I've covered almost all of them in the projects I've been given to run.
I'm also responsible for screening all applications for intern positions, organising interviews and taking part in them too. And last year, I helped to organise various events for our employees during Christmas time - these events play a big part in how Coca-Cola bring their corporate values to life and it's been fascinating to see that process.

I truly enjoyed being an Intern at Coca-Cola. I was given lots of responsibility very soon after starting - I was managing a project of my own developing a visual identity for a promotion across three different brands.
Sounds easy but it meant working with three different brand managers and translating their different views and objectives into one voice so I could brief the agency we were working with.
There were some tough moments. But what I love about Coke is that if people know you're doing your best here, they'll go all out to help you. It makes all the difference. During my internship, I also got the opportunity to write my Master's thesis here and, even better, I'm now working here full time as a Junior Brand Manager.
